Rich brings a wealth of experience in building successful organizations around nextgen applications, either as startup companies or within divisions of larger organizations. At Pega, financial services was the largest vertical, and sales quadrupled during his tenure. Before Pega, Rich was heavily involved in core banking transformation. He cofounded BKW, and led the development of a core banking platform that was implemented at over 40 banks in the USA. He led the internationalization of Profile, a core banking engine invented by Sanchez Computer Associates (now FIS). He drove success by establishing local strategic partners in Asia and Europe, and then built distributed support organizations to insure partner/customer success (lived in Asia and Europe). Before FinTechs, Rich cofounded a mobile banking and payment platform company. And with FTG, he created a new product line around AML and fraud detection, which was then sold to Pega.
